The boy then walks back towards his bed | His parents are arguing downstairs, however their dialogue is indistinct and muffled, until he walks to the door. Father: All he does is play that game! Mother: Did you tell him its time for school? Father: Don’t be stupid he knows what time to be at school! Argument is cut short by ring tone of phone, and argument returns to being muffled. The music of game continues through this sequence, but at a lower volume. |

He then stands up picks up his school bag and walks out his bedroom door, which is followed by a fade out. | The diegetic music from the game is still playing but at a low volume, but this is also faded out with the picture. |
| Outside school | The boy is walking towards Julia in front of school holding a folder, and looks over to three bullies after they mock him, but ignores them and continues towards Julia. | Bully 1: Look at that mug! Bully 2: Love your folder! Bully 3: (laughs along) |

The boy: Yeah I’m good, so what free lessons do you have today? Julia: urm, second and third, I think The boy: Cool, I was just wondering if you wanted to do something… you look really nice by the way (Bullies start mocking him again after this line). Don’t worry they’re just friends Julia: Ok… I’ve got a lesson now, so catch you later The boy: Bye |
| “ “ | The boy watches Julia walk into to school, then retaliates to the bullies earlier comments, which causes them to walk over. | The boy: What was that for? Bully 1: You what?! Bully 2: trying to be smart with us?! Bully 3: Fucking idiot, get him! |
